How do I order?

Click on "Add to cart" in any product page and the selected products will be automatically added to your shopping cart, you can then complete the order by following the simple purchase procedure inside the checkout page.

Do the prices include VAT?

Yes, all prices on our website are inclusive of VAT.

*For purchases from non-EEC countries (Switzerland, United Kingdom): customs fees, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer/recipient.

Can I have the invoice of my orders?

Yes, you can receive an invoice for your orders.

If you are a company, please note the message in the cart section. Before completing your purchase, click the button and create a professional account. This allows you to add your company details, including VAT number, ensuring your invoice includes all necessary information.

Shipping Information

How much are transport costs?

- Free Shipping on orders from €150.00
- For orders less than €150.00 the shipping cost is €12.90

When will I receive my order?

Given their uniqueness, most of our products are hand-made to order in our Italian workshops. Therefore delivery times are linked to our artisanal production. We try our best to process your orders as soon as possible, clearly it takes time to hand-craft premium products made in Italy.

The estimated delivery time can be viewed on each product page and in the order confirmation email. If there are products with different delivery estimates in your order, we will ship the entire order when the product that requires the longest delivery time is ready. If you have an urgent need for specific products, with delivery times shorter than other products in the same order, please add a note to the order or contact us within 3 days from the date of the order.

You will receive another notification, with the tracking code, when your order has shipped.
