Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal applies to eligible customers in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and only to non-personalized products.

Consumers may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery.

To request a return, the customer must send an email to info@ghidini1849.com within 14 days of receiving the order, clearly stating the intention to withdraw.

The request must include:

• Order number
• Item(s) to be returned
• Email address for communication

Return Authorization

All returns require prior authorization from GHIDINI 1849. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Conditions

Once authorized, the goods must be returned within 14 days.

Returned items are subject to inspection (including photo and/or video recording) upon arrival. If damage, installation marks, signs of use, or missing components are detected, GHIDINI 1849 may apply a reduction or decline the refund accordingly.

Returned items must be:

• Unused and in perfect condition
• Complete with all accessories
• Properly packed (original packaging or equivalent)

The return shipment is entirely at the customer's expense, risk, and responsibility. The customer remains responsible for the goods until they are received by GHIDINI 1849. A tracked and insured shipping service is strongly recommended.

International Returns (Non-EU)

Returns from countries outside the European Union are not part of our standard policy and may be accepted on a case-by-case basis, subject to prior written approval by GHIDINI 1849.

All approved international returns must be shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Shipments with unpaid duties or charges may not be accepted.

All costs related to shipping, customs duties, import VAT, clearance fees, and any related charges are entirely borne by the customer and are non-refundable.

Refunds

Returned goods will be inspected upon receipt to verify their condition.

If the return is approved, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

In case of a full return or a partial return that significantly reduces the order value, any shipping costs originally covered by GHIDINI 1849 may be reasonably deducted from the refund.

Refunds are processed only after inspection of the returned goods.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Products made to measure or personalized according to customer specifications
• Orders placed by professionals or businesses (B2B purchases), which are generally considered final unless otherwise agreed in writing
