Right of withdrawal
You can exercise the right of withdrawal for all non-personalized products within 14 days of receiving the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer will have to send by email to the address info@ghidini1849.com a written and signed declaration stating that you wish to withdraw from the contract indicating:
- The order number and title of the product or products you want to return;
- The email address that we will need to use to indicate the status of the return.
Within 3 days of receiving the confirmation from the selling company for the withdrawal of the contract, the consumer must return the product intact, in perfect condition, complete with any accessories and original packaging at his own expense and under his responsibility.
The refund will be made using the method used to make the payment.
Exceptions from the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is excluded:
- For all products made to measure and / or personalized even if returned in their original packaging (Legislative Decree 6 September 2015, Article 59, paragraph 1, point C);
- If you have purchased as a Professional, the right of withdrawal does not apply, unless otherwise agreed with the Seller.
